Ain Zainab Alert ‘app goes live across Pakistan to report missing children
ISLAMABAD – The Ministry of Human Rights on Wednesday launched a “Zainab Alert” app to strengthen efforts to locate missing children in the country and prevent child abuse cases.
Amin Ansari, father of child victim Zainab Ansari, pressed the button and launched the app at an event held in Islamabad on Thursday.
On this occasion, the Minister of Human Rights, Dr. Shirin Mazari and Planning Minister Asad Umar were also present.
Mazari said in a tweet that the government has fulfilled another commitment.
