Islamabad: Some of the more than 14,500 candidates appearing for the Central Superior Services (CSS) examinations have translated into a 2.51% success rate, the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) said while announcing the final results on Wednesday.

214 candidates who excelled in the exam were recommended to be admitted to Grade 17 of the Federal Service.

These include 132 men and 82 women.

A total of 14,521 candidates appeared in the written examination and only 372 accepted it. Among them, after 365 qualified interviews; These include 214 males and 151 females, indicating a 2.51% success rate.

The candidates have also been allotted service groups.

In addition, first place-holder Rana Haider Tahir has been assigned the Pakistan Administrative Services (PAS) group.
